  • You’re going to fill in this table with elements that contribute to a gamified organisational approach. For example game elements can be points, badges, leaderboards. Next you have to write a description of this game elements (how are they going to function in your organisation; a step by step description on how you are going to implement it;  the correlation with the theme you chose for your gamification strategy etc.) and then write the motivational function of your game element (why did you choose it; what is the motivational function/learning outcome for your colleagues or beneficiaries etc.).
  • You need to find at least 2 game elements and to complete the next columns.

Brainstorming game elements

  • Facilitate a brainstorming session where you and your colleagues identify potential game elements. Encourage creativity and connection to organisational goals.
  • Participants should consider elements such as points, levels, challenges, rewards, leaderboards, badges, quests, power-ups, social interactions, and feedback systems.

Table filling

  • For each element, describe how it would function within the organisation (Description) and articulate the motivational purpose it serves (Motivational Function).
